Professor Jae Yong Han has won the World’s Poultry Science Association’s (WPSA) Education Award

 Professor Jae Yong Han has won the prestigious World’s Poultry Science Association’s (WPSA) Education Award at the 2012 World’s Poultry Congress in Brazil, which was held from August 5th to 9th. He is the first Korean scholar to win the award.

 

 World’s Poultry Congress, held every four years, is a world prestigious academic conference on various aspects of poultry production and poultry science, ranging from biotechnology in poultry and poultry farming to poultry industry sectors.

 

 Dr. Han’s research was highly recognized in that it has provided a breakthrough to relate poultry science directly to poultry industry let alone its academic value in basic science.
